Bio
Ricardo Blay Levisky is the founding partner of Levisky Legado and has a background of over two decades serving as a senior strategic advisor. He supports shareholders, CEOs, and C-level leaders in defining institutional positioning, reputation, financial sustainability, and legacy building. His career blends consistent work with nonprofit organizations and cultural institutions with extensive corporate engagement, especially among high-net-worth individuals and UHNWI circles, both in Brazil and internationally.
He has held high-level executive positions, including Director of Sala São Paulo and the São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra (Osesp) and Superintendent of the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra (OSB). In these roles, he worked closely with boards, sponsors, major donors, brands, and the public sector, leading financial sustainability, fundraising, governance, and institutional positioning initiatives in highly visible and complex environments.
Levisky holds a degree in Music Education from the University of São Paulo (USP), specializing in opera (baritone), and a degree in Advertising from FAAP. He furthered his education with courses in International Relations at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and Fundraising with the League of American Orchestras, developing strategic insights into institutional branding, cultural diplomacy, philanthropy, and sustainable funding models.
He designed and curated the International Endowments for Legacy Forum, an initiative that contributed to structuring the Brazilian endowment fund market and the approval of the regulatory framework for endowments (Law. 13,800/19). He is a member of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain in London, where he founded and curates the Arts and Culture Committee, using cultural diplomacy as a strategic tool for institutional, economic, and brand relationships between the two countries.
Since 2026, Levisky has served as Chairman of the Îandê Human Development Philanthropic Evergreen Fund and as a trusted advisor to institutional leaders. In such role, he guides decisions on financial sustainability, fundraising, endowments, executive mentorship, and strategic stakeholder engagement, leveraging his relational capital, contextual insight, and international experience to support high-impact and long-term reputational and institutional decisions.
