Bio

Ricardo Blay Levisky is the founding partner of Levisky Legado and has a background of over two decades serving as a senior strategic advisor. He supports shareholders, CEOs, and C-level leaders in defining institutional positioning, reputation, financial sustainability, and legacy building. His career blends consistent work with nonprofit organizations and cultural institutions with extensive corporate engagement, especially among high-net-worth individuals and UHNWI circles, both in Brazil and internationally.

He has held high-level executive positions, including Director of Sala São Paulo and the São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra (Osesp) and Superintendent of the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra (OSB). In these roles, he worked closely with boards, sponsors, major donors, brands, and the public sector, leading financial sustainability, fundraising, governance, and institutional positioning initiatives in highly visible and complex environments.

Levisky holds a degree in Music Education from the University of São Paulo (USP), specializing in opera (baritone), and a degree in Advertising from FAAP. He furthered his education with courses in International Relations at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and Fundraising with the League of American Orchestras, developing strategic insights into institutional branding, cultural diplomacy, philanthropy, and sustainable funding models.

Led sustainability strategies for institutions such as OSESP, OSB, Minas Gerais Philharmonic, São Paulo Jewish Museum, Museum of Art of Rio, Teatro Amazonas and the Brazilian Museums Fund. Designed high-impact cultural experiences, from mass concerts on Copacabana Beach to private cultural experiences, recitals and institutional dinners of the highest level, with leading names in national and international music, at culturally and symbolically significant venues, including concerts in the basement of the Picasso Museum in Paris, meetings at the Harvard Club in New York, and events tied to the Person of the Year gathering in New York and London.

Education

Contributed to the structuring of the University of São Paulo Endowment Fund, as well as supporting organizations such as Junior Achievement, Instituto Principia and the Fernando Henrique Cardoso Foundation.

Worked on the strategic structuring of philanthropy at Hospital Albert Einstein, Hospital de Amor (Barretos), The Medulloblastoma Initiative (Washington) and Instituto Ronald McDonald.

Cultural Diplomacy

Levisky is a member of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain, headquartered in London, and founder and curator of the Art and Culture Committee, leveraging cultural diplomacy as a tool for institutional relationship between countries. Diversity

Levisky founded Hineni, the first LGBTQIAPN+ group within the Brazilian Jewish community, breaking new ground in promoting dialogue, inclusion, and representation. This led to his role as a director at the Jewish Federation of São Paulo, where he played a key role in integrating diversity initiatives into community and institutional frameworks.
